The New Scooby-Doo! Show is (originally known as The All-New Scooby-Doo! Show) is the eleventh incarnation of Hanna-Barbera's Scooby-Doo animated series, and the first incarnation not to be first-run on Saturday mornings. The series is produced by Warner Bros. Animation and Adult Swim with Cartoon Network and The Jariel Network. and is a reboot[citation needed] of the franchise.
The show's popularity rested heavily on its juxtaposition of modern everyday concerns in the Bakersfield, CA setting. It has been announced that Seth MacFarlane (creator of Family Guy, American Dad! and Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated) will produce a revival of The New Scooby-Doo! Show for the Adult Swim network. Development is set to begin in fall 2012 and the first episode is scheduled to air in 2014.
